Who are we?
We are The Exchange Club’s Family Center of the Central Piedmont, built on two decades of dedicated, non-profit service to our communities. We proudly support the people and the families of Alamance, Orange, Chatham, Caswell, Person, Guilford, and Randolph counties.
What We Do
The Exchange Club’s Family Center provides real and immediate help in the prevention and treatment of child abuse in all its forms, including physical, sexual, emotional and neglect. That is our only reason for being.
Why We Do What We Do
Can you imagine that any person could intentionally harm a child? Yet more than 80% of child abusers are actually parents, with another 13% being close relatives. Stress factors in the home may increase the risk of abuse and neglect. Our focus is and always will be keeping our families together.
Review the information on our website and reach out to us with any questions. If your need is immediate, call us any time, any day at (336)227-5601. Your call can make a difference in the life of a child.

“A hundred years from now … it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove … but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.” ~Anonymous
